Our Lab has determined approximate turn-around times under optimum circumstances. The time can vary greatly depending upon our workload and number of tests requested. Please refer to our Fee Schedule for tests ordered.  Rush and "Super Rush" Testing is available. 

Benchmark Geotechnical Labs takes no liability or responsibility for samples left in storage after the completion of testing. All remaining samples will be discarded without notice unless arrangements are made for pick-up. We do not offer temporary storage of tested samples from the date of final report unless specifically requested in writing on a project-by project basis. 

Prior to commencing any testing services, Benchmark Geotechnical Labs requires all clients to furnish us with a signed Client Services Agreement available from our Accounting Department.  If your company has its own Master Services Agreement, please submit for review at least ten (10) business days prior to requesting our services.
