Benchmark GEotechnical labs

Benchmark Geotechnical Labs will commence testing on samples received at our lab upon receipt of a completed Test Request Sheet.  Please review our Fee Schedule before completing the Test Request Sheet.  A hard copy of the request sheet should be included with the soil samples delivered to our location. Test Request Sheets may also be emailed to our lab to expedite service prior to the delivery of samples. Clients may use their own test request sheets to accompany samples.  All requests will be reviewed by our Lab Director prior to logging in samples from Clients. 

Soil samples received without a Test Request Sheet will be put on hold pending further instruction. This may result in a delay of testing turn-around times based on the order jobs are received and the volume of work requested.
